Before applying to an organisation or individual for funding, it is important that you identify the right funder for your project.
Some of the things to check before putting in an application include:
- Who is eligible to apply for funds? Can artists, schools or individuals apply?
- What is the funders criteria?
- What kind of projects do they usually fund?
- What is the maximum (or minimum) amount you can apply for?
- Will they fund the whole amount or do you need match funding?
