facing a significant cut in funding. It will give an overview of the
steps you need to take to help your
organisation survive funding cuts and move towards a more sustainable
future.
We will look at:

Getting a clear picture of your financial future

Recognising and avoiding insolvency

Reviewing your potential to raise income from trading/contracts

Reconfiguring services and budgets to maintain your core purposes

Governance for sustainability
During the course of the day you will create your own action
plan to take back to your organisation. Further support will be
available from VAL to help you take this forward.
This full day course costs £40 for VAL members and £55 for non-members from any borough.
