Bow Skills Lab – Behaviour Management

This session offers a guide to managing behaviour in the classroom

Posted: 10/09/2015

Led by Caroline Desouza (Stebon Primary School) and experienced artist educator Poppy Green, this session offers a guide to managing behaviour in the classroom, including planning and structuring engaging sessions, setting up the classroom space and managing materials. You will learn a number of visual and verbal strategies and how to work with the teacher and school staff using their own strategies.

As part of Bow Skills Lab, Bow Arts offers a varied programme of arts education sessions led by leading artist educators and education professionals.

Designed to act as an introduction for beginners and a refresher for more experienced practitioners alike, these sessions include practical exercises and networking opportunities with peers, providing participants with an array of tools and resources that can be used in the classroom and beyond.

*Concessions available for Bow Arts artists
