Impact ready? What trustees need to know about outcomes
This evening seminar will provide trustees with a practical introduction to outcomes monitoring for community organisations and charities.

Come and learn about the importance of understanding your organisation's outcomes - the changes you bring about - and how this can help you improve your services, attract support and make the best use of your resources. You will find that capturing, evaluating and communicating your organisation's outcomes and wider impact can simplify the trustee's role, helping you to focus on what’s important rather than getting bogged down in too much data.
You will hear from our specialist speaker, Sarah Handley from NPC, and recent participants from the first year of VAL's Show your impact programme who can give you first hand feedback of what it's like for trustees to get involved in outcomes monitoring.
Cost
Organisations that are VAL members can book up to two participants for free. Non-members and additional places £15.
