This
conference will give you advice and practical actions to create an organisation
where diversity isn’t just a buzzword or a quota, but a celebrated and vital
part of everything you do. The diversity of our society represents a great
opportunity for arts and culture organisations to embrace new voices and ideas,
speak to new audiences and get the best from our staff and artists.

Arts Council England’s Chair, Sir Nicholas Serota, will give a keynote speech
on the future of our approach to diversity. Other speakers come from the arts
and cultural sector and beyond, including:

Vicky McClure,
actor (Line of Duty, This is
England
)
Natalie Ibu,
Artistic Director of Tiata Fahodzi
Sandeep Mahal,
Director of Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature
Chris Michaels,
Digital Director at the National Gallery
Sarah Robertson,
Communications and Special Projects Director at Colston Hall
Raj Tulsiani,
CEO and founder of recruitment agency Green Park
Aesha Zafar,
HR Business Partner at the BBC
Arts leaders
funded by the Arts Council Change Makers

On the day you’ll be able to get involved and ask questions to the speakers via
