Arts Project Managers and Producers are tasked with developing all aspects of a creative project. LEAN can act as a sounding board for your ideas to help you get your project off to a good start, and provide facilitated networking space for you to meet other project managers for collaboration and support.

Whether you are a teacher, voluntary sector worker, health professional or council officer, new to commissioning arts projects or a veteran, LEAN can support your project plans and connect you to the right people to execute your creative ideas.

Arts engaged teachers and educators inspire, excite and instill creative aspirations, learning and skills in our children and young people. LEAN can help you connect with other education staff to share creative practice, introduce you to the arts, cultural and heritage sector and expose you to amazing creative opportunities for your children and young people.

Arts Policy Makers form the backbone of the Arts and Education sectors. With your support we can help ensure that the arts are valued as an integral part of children and young people's lives, and as a viable career option. LEAN has extensive knowledge of the local sector and connections to arts, education and voluntary sector organisations. We are keen to work with you to develop local policy.
