Salary £25,600 pro-rata, 3 days a week, 0.6 FTE 

Based at the Crafts Council Offices with travel and
overnight stays required for regional delivery.  This is a new and
exciting opportunity to work with the Crafts Council’s Learning and Talent
Development Team on an innovative project to ignite a passion for craft in
young people. 

 You will deliver a three-year programme that champions
craft as a discipline that fuses art, design and technology.  Working
closely with Crafts Council’s busy Learning and Talent Development team, the
Project Manager will work locally with Higher Education Institutions, cultural
partners, secondary schools and makers to mash up traditional and digital
making skills in the classroom and showcase the results nationally.

You are a dynamic educator and project manager who can
work in partnership to deliver high quality learning programmes, within budget
and on time. You’ll also have an understanding of working with schools to
deliver and evaluate in-depth programmes of activity.

The post is based at the Crafts Council Offices with
travel and overnight stays required for regional delivery.
