The National Theatre is looking for a Step Change Coordinator
(Maternity Cover) to be responsible for the smooth-running of the
remainder of the 2014-15 Step Change Programme (including a 3 day
residential masterclass series in April 2015) and managing the
evaluation of the year.
The role will involve providing pastoral and administrative support
to participants on the programme and monitoring their progress
throughout the programme.
The Step Change Coordinator will also provide support and guidance to
host organisations & mentors, manage relationships with partner
& supporting organisations, pre-empt what participants, mentors and
host/partner/supporting organisations may need, and provide an informed
and tailored level of information and support.
The successful applicant will have sensitivity and empathy, a
high-level of interpersonal and communication skills, and be excellent
at building and managing partnerships and networks.
