Events

Join Lewisham Council and LEAN for a free session on 12 July to find out more about ACE's new National Lottery Project Grants and the new Develop Your Creative Practice fund which opens on 12th July. The event will be followed by informal networking and refreshments.

LEAN will have a stall at PAL's Marketplace event on 16 July at Theatre Peckham- come and say hello!

Do you want to teach others your favorite hobby or skill in real life but don't know how to start? Would you like to meet other PassionPreneurs and be a part of a supportive community?

Three dynamic individuals are sought with exceptional potential to join our Learning & Participation (Music) team as Interns.

The V22 Summer Club presents events, performances, screenings, workshops and family activities every weekend throughout the school summer holidays in Forest Hill.

We are inviting expressions of interest and reaching out to artists and organisations who might like to take part.

If you are a Lewisham-based non-profit making constituted group offering arts festival projects you can use Crowdfund Lewisham to get people to support your ideas, or complete an application form (if you think Crowdfunder is not suitable for your campaign). Lewisham Arts Festival Grant scheme may be able to match fund up to 70% of your target up to a maximum of £4,000.

If you are an early years practitioner in Lewisham of surrounding boroughs we would like you to help us put on some events in our gallery on Hither Green Lane.

Unlimited is an arts commissioning programme that aims to embed work by disabled artists within the UK and international cultural sectors, reach new audiences and shift perceptions of disabled people. Unlimited is delivered by the disability-led arts organisation Shape Arts and arts-producing organisation Artsadmin.

Action for refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL) is looking for artists with experience of working with young people and a passion for community engagement to run one day workshops for the Helping Hands-ON Project.

Professional Development

To help charities enhance their digital capabilities, Media Trust has launched a free UK-wide programme of digital skills training, delivered through local masterclasses, mentoring and online learning. The initiative will run from September 2018 until June 2019.

Heard a lot about Photoshop & Adobe creative software but not sure where to start or which programs to use? Led by arts educator Alex Harwood, dip your toes into the most commonly used Adobe apps and discover what they have to offer.
