Arts Council England Programme Lead, Julie’s Bicycle

Julie's Bicycle are looking for a proactive individual who is excited to lead and shape the Arts Council’s Environmental Programme and who will enjoy the combination of strategy (helping to identify environmental and sector priorities), management (i.e., project and people) and delivery (e.g. content development, training, consultancy).

he Arts Council England Programme Lead manages the planning and
delivery of Julie’s Bicycle’s partnership with the Arts Council. The
post-holder will work alongside the Director and Managing Director of
Julie’s Bicycle on the strategic planning of the programme. They will
manage a small team and all activities within the programme as well as
deliver key elements.

The Programme Lead is the key point of liaison with colleagues at
Arts Council England, managing relationships across the organisation and
ensuring the programme meets its KPIs and communications objectives.

Contract:  Full-time contract, initially until March 2023, with potential to extend (*)

Location:  Somerset House, London (**)

Salary: £40,000 p.a.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Start date: ASAP after 1st June 2021 (however, we will allow for the successful candidate’s notice period)

Normal hours: Working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday (requests for flexible working hours will be considered)

Other: Annual leave is 25 days plus standard bank holidays

Cultural entitlement of £250 to spend on arts/ cultural events

All employees are also able to claim 1 hour a week for personal wellbeing
