Baseless Fabric Theatre is looking for DBS checked Drama Practitioners / Directors and Musical Directors, with experience of teaching and devising opera/musical theatre with young people – for primary Years 5/6 and for secondary Years 7-10, for a youth opera production, running parallel to our professional, modern English, high street version of Strausss comic opera, Die Fledermaus.
After school sessions will be January – July 2019, for 1.5 hours, one day a week on a fortnightly basis, (day still to be decided), in term times, approx. 3-4.30pm, Merton or Wandsworth schools.
Full week rehearsal and performance late July / early August 2019. Session rate: £75.
Full week rate: £450.
Applicants must have valid enhanced DBS. Applications from ethically diverse backgrounds particularly welcome.
