BSL Storyteller, Horniman Museum & Gardens

The Horniman Museum and Gardens are looking for a storyteller to deliver family storytelling sessions in BSL with an interpreter to translate into English.

The pay of £100 for each half day you work (two storytelling sessions)

‘A World of Stories’ storytelling sessions are mainly aimed at a family audience with
children aged 5+, but also open to all visitors. Stories are inspired by our
exhibitions, festivals and gardens and aim to bring the museum’s collections to life. 

 

Sessions run from 2.00 – 2.45 pm and 3.15 – 4.00 pm on Sundays. You will NOT be required to work every week, but we hope to promote Deaf
accessible family sessions 3 times per year
