Funding Opportunity for Youth Voice
The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking proposals from organisations who have the capacity, expertise and capability to deliver a national youth voice programme with young people in England until end March 2020.
The total funding available for this programme is £170,000.
What is the Youth Voice Groups Grant Scheme?
The purpose of this grant is to meet the youth voice commitments in the Civil Society Strategy, with total funding of £170,000 available. The grant will involve three elements:
- setting up and running the Civil Society Youth Steering Group in 2018-20
- setting up and running the national Young Inspectors and Commissioners Group in 2018-20
- undertaking youth-led research into options digital solutions to engage young people in national policy making and presenting recommendations to government
