Producer, Cardboard Citizens

The Producer will work as part of the arts team to realise creative ideas into achievable and deliverable opportunities. This will involve developing and managing relationships and partnerships to support the company’s artistic goals. You will be responsible for producing and delivering a range of projects during the period including new productions, a new musical, and residencies engaging homeless and at-risk people. 

From March – May the role will also involve cover for the Executive Producer who will be on shared parental leave.

The successful candidate will be able to show a proven track record in developing, planning and delivering theatre productions, musicals and tours. You will have knowledge of the UK arts sector, and demonstrate experience in building strong relationships with artistic collaborators, programmers and co-producers. Cardboard Citizens are looking for someone with an imaginative, enthusiastic, and inclusive approach, who is a strong team player, pays attention to detail and sees projects through from start to finish.

Salary: £32,000-36,000
