The Measuring Impact Masterclass will introduce participants to the concept of outcomes thinking where the focus is less on what charities do and more on why they do what they do, and what theyre seeking to achieve. This workshop will include:
- Engaging in a process of critical thinking about your organisation
- Generating ideas through dialogue with peers from the charity sector
- Creating a set of practical tools to produce a dynamic picture of their organisation that engages the people they need to influence
All attendees will be paired up with an IBM project manager who will work with you throughout the workshop. This will help you to apply the day’s learning to your individual organisation.
