Learning and Impact Manager, Voices Foundation

The Impact and Learning Manager is responsible for leading evaluation and research for the charity and distilling learning into key insights that will help to set the policy agenda and inform future activity through programme and product design.

As a participant of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation Teacher Development Fund Voices Foundation partnered with Sound Connections and Birmingham City University to undertake in-depth evaluation of their programmes. They are looking for someone who can use this base of evidence as a launch pad for a new standardised evaluation framework for Voices Foundation and for targeted, deep-dive research projects.

You will have a strong track record in designing, delivering and analysing evaluation frameworks, systems and methodologies. You will be able to build strong relationships with schools and Multi Academy Trusts and to successfully manage research and evaluation partners. You will also have the capability to collaborate closely with the Programme Manager to design and develop our programmes and interventions and ensure effective implementation.

You will be curious and creative. You will understand how evidence can add value to an organisation and support change for children and teachers. You will be a confident team player with exceptional communication, analytical, relationship management and workload management skills. You will have experience in managing budgets and to contributing to organisational strategy and policy.

Salary: £30,000 pa
